Thanks to Anuiran and thanks to RNG, I won a Leoric Signet!

I received the Leoric Signet from Anuiran this morning my time, and decided to put it to test, using my favourite Alkaiser Run. I did a few runs, and the average XP I gained per 10 minutes is about 8 millions. For those of you who like figures, they are in the following table (edit: movement speed should be updated to +34% on my latest boots):



Looted 3 legendaries while doing the test above. One of them is a 1086 DPS, Dex EF with open socket which is in AH now (edit: sold for 8 millions as I was still typing......). The other two (Last Breath, The Star of Azkaranth) looks like brimstone quality but I didn't check them out.

Also, I would like to thank you all for keeping this community in great shape!

I have decent MF (273% before buff) while doing these XP runs at MP0. And yes, as I mentioned earlier in other post I started to notice one legendary per one Alkaiser Run which takes me about 10 minutes per run. I think there is a hidden pattern which I have accidentally triggered.

i thought +speed was capped at 25%?

It's capped at 25% for items. Abilities such as fleet footed (10% added movement speed) can break this cap. 2 items with +12% MS + fleet footed = 34% MS

If you ever decide to level a alt, i hope it helps!

It is already helping in my P-leveling :P.

I am currently at P45, and I only need 1 hour+ to gain a P level for the next few levels. When I am at P50 I can replace one more of my MF gears with DPS gear hurray!

+intel version is also neat.....since I already have 60 Barb, DH and Monk, I could definitely use it again should I feel like leveling mage/ WD.

+ Tempest Rush/Tailwind = 59% movement speed...chew on that one for a bit. And then a fleeting shrine...the game doesn't know what to do with itself!!!

My luck with legendary continues...

I did 3 more MP0 Alkaiser runs, looted 2 legendaries (The Sultan of Blinding Sand and The Warmonger).
Then I did two uber runs on MP7, looted 1 legendary (Slorak's Madness).
Then I did an MP2 Alkaiser run with @yoyo, looted 1 legendary (The Vigilance).

I sort of know what to do going forward, in terms of legendaries farming.

BTW MP2 was TOO EASY for yoyo.........we decided to try MP3-4 next time with our party. @Yoyo, I will equip my MF battle gears the next time we run, it should increase my DPS by more than 30%, but I will still hide behind your Barbarian most of the time!

Oh. I didn't know that Hot Pursuit is limited by the 25% cap. Quite inconsistent with Monk's Fleet Footed since both of them are passive skills, moreover Hot Pursuit only receive movement speed bonus when hatred is full. My DH was travelling Act 1 in Hot Pursuit...........she hunts the beasts, not the other way round.

@douvinsky, lol, no need to act like your hiding behind me. You're monk is a beast and you help me as much as i help you. Don't know why but my Legendary drop since the last patch had been horrible. 2 in the past 10 hours. Random as ever lol.

I think we did the run under 20 minutes and I feel that MP4 is about right for us. We could run MP3 in a faster pace but I am concerned that you will finish one shotting the mobs before i hit them lol. Btw I was in my 300 MF suit in that run, and I looted a green at the core (yes, just few seconds into our game). Ended up to be a Blackthorn Pants with pick up radius.

yeah, mp4 seems pretty smooth. I think I've just run into a little dryspell with the legendaries. My mf is right around 300 so it must just be dumb luck. Nice pick with the Blackthorn's btw.
