It was close to 102 hours. This is much faster than what my WD had in her 160 hours of play. Must be the wonder of patch 1.08! |

Hit P(73).
Hence now my highest P toon is at Hardcore. Looted my 2nd trifecta ring. A price check at JSP indicates a range of 100 - 200m, I am hopeful someone will overpay it at the AH. |

Now I can happily farm MP5 co-op with max MF. This equals to +500%MF after 5NVs (300 + 125 + 75). [edit: definitely not in my max MF suit. If it were max MF, I should gain a max of +530% instead of +500%, the difference being the +30% from three additional players in a full team. I was using my EHP amulet instead of an MF amulet at MP5 for added security. ]
Did a few A2 MP5 runs with Khai (Bear WD), Yudz (his P100 Monk) and Kiss (Cloud of Bats WD). Best streak is 3 legs dropped off Act 2 Key Warden in one of the runs! I am getting more and more comfortable with my role as a puller (vortex monk), without worrying too much about my DPS. |

Dude... that's insane. You are levelling up so fast. I have about 350 hours on my SC monk, and I'm P79 only.

Patch 1.08a .......... fixing (really?) rubberbanding for Tempest Rush & WW.
At Patch 1.08 I experienced EVEN MORE rubberbanding, despite all the hardware/ driver check etc. So now with Patch 1.08a, I hope they really fixed it. Too many heroes die to this #$%^ as I read from the bnet forum. Leg Streak update: 3 legs dropped at the Den of the Fallen, MP4. I was playing my support monk as usual with max MF%. Worthy of mention: 1) Zuni Pox with high intel, open socket, and 4% CC 2) Skull Grasp with -7 sec dog, intel version 3) Also saw a gold pile of 3,964 probably the highest I have seen Both 1) & 2) are listed on the AH, I am hopeful to fetch good prices for them. JSP price check indicates around 350m on the Zuni, while I saw a lesser stat one already has 315m active bid on it. On the Skull Grasp, an active offer on a -6 second versions (with vital) is 200m. ![]() ![]() |

LOL Whenever they talk about doing something against rubberbanding it's getting worse for me. That's why I didn't touch monk or barb since 1.0.8 hit. Sometimes get that effect when using vault on my DH but till now was able to survive :) hope it turns out well. |

It was sold for 315m bid..............man I thought it could go higher. And the Skull Grasp sold for 200m buyout, I should have set the buyout higher! |

So I have been running with this crappy Ammy, which I have wanted to replace it so bad but having no luck in crafting a DPS ammy.
Overpaid 85m for an ammy which adds 11k DPS to me, resold for for an even higher price of 123m (net ~ 104.6m). Found another ammy in the AH which adds 7k DPS to me. No active bid with 1hr+ to expire. Thought it is a good value at 20m and what more I can use my flipped profit from the other ammy to finance most of its cost. So I placed my bid and went to sleep. Tadda....won the bid. In a few more bubbles to P80 I will be running at 100k DPS (now 99k+) with max MF (now 298%) again, as a support monk. |

P(80)!
I have been running with Zayda (a Bear WD who I knew since our low P) quite frequent lately. We were sort of looking for each other in our runs as our build complement each other, and we know each other's playstyle well. It was also great to see that Khai was online. Normally he would have logged off earlier but he had an RDO the next day, hence we were able to squeeze in a couple of MP5 :P |

Best Streak update:
A) Per Run - 4 legs including 2 set pieces (A2 MP5) B) Per Area - 3 legs at Den of the Fallen (A1 MP4) C) Per single mob - 3 legs from A2 KW (A2 MP4) CoolieMost showed me an SoJ with +6% cold damage, +30% dmg to elites, over 2 spirit regen and -4 Cyclone Strike and asked me what I think. I said that's a pretty good SoJ for a support monk, but I have to think of what to "sacrifice" - Nat's Rings? Or Hell Fire Ring? Traded 50m with him and going to try it out tonight. Also bought a rare boots for 7m - if I go the route of sacrificing my nat's rings with lightning resist, I gotta bump up my resist somewhere. ![]() |

Same Day I finally sold similar boots for around the same price. Mine were cold resist

Update on SoJ:
The result is amazing. The run is much smoother with more spamming of cyclone strike. I think I hit a total of over 11 spirit per second, and was comfortably TRing to the next pack before my 3 stack SW ran out. Update on streak: A) Per Run: 5 legs (A1 mp4). 3 from festering, 2 from field. |

Looks like I might end up not using my 7m rare boots. I mean, since I already have 3 piece BT, I just need a BT boots for the 4 piece bonus of 7% reduction from elites, and the BT boots itself roll a 6-7% of reduction from elites! Surely it is better than bumping up some resist right? |

For record, I did a check on XP per hour in one of my mp5 runs with those bats and bears WD.
For Act 1, it was 56.5 million XP under 30 minutes, which is close to 115m XP an hour. We added Hall2 in that run. For Act 2, going to test it maybe these few days. |

Played a couple of MP5 and MP6 games on the way from P(89) to P(90).
MP5 were once a formidable MP level for me, but I had the breakthrough, and now I am getting comfortable in MP6 when there are sufficient DPSer around. The pictures showed some mixture of bears, bats, mass confusion, exploding palm in action. My job as a cyclone monk, as always, was to mainly pull pull pull the mobs to maximise the eDPS in group. Loving it. ![]() |
