I found this about 2 days ago from a random elite pack in Act 2 with 0 NV. I waited to put it up on the RMAH so it would end Sunday morning with a min at $38. No bids with 90 minutes remaining, but I came back just now and I've got one of the "wait for processing" messages with no indication whatsoever of the ending price. I figure that means it did sell. Even if it went for the minimum, that's the equivalent of 21 million Gold and covers half the price of the game!

Just got this from a trash mob doing a Ghom run. Almost missed it because it said "bow" and was somewhat the same shade as the ground in that part of the dungeon. Wife, who plays DH, says: Mine.

The profit of using it just isn't as great, 5K dps loss and lose vit/double res (monk) but hey, its a legendary right :-) |

@Khan Yeah, it does yield better results if you can farm it without difficulty
I usually run Stonefort/Keeps(all 3 levels) then from spiderbitch (cydea) until azmodan, gives a lot of elites and a good amount of XP+Items |

while farming Act II Inferno, I found my 1st post-1.0.4 legendary, an extremely crappy pair of gloves (worse than pre-1.0.4!!!) that I had to salvage to get a Fiery Brimstone (it was anyway selling at 100k on the Auction House).
this makes me think that the price of the Brimstones will never take off to 400k gold again as long as people can still loot crappy legendaries even after the buff. |

@ecocd I was a bit "poor" but I saved and dumped it all into legendary plans and mats. It was a risky bet with some loss (still haven't sold those damn demon hand and Born's poopoo plans and the items produced from them are a bit lackluster) but the Hallowed Arms and Demon's Carapice are treating me well thus far.
I guess the TLDR is : Save and bet. You may profit... |

@Khan, Hallowed plans are over 80 million Gold. Even with my huge Wand drop above, that wouldn't have gotten me halfway there. What were you doing that you saved up 80+ million Gold?

@ecocd I bought all my plans pre-patch. Hallowed was about 10 mil then. I should have bought 2 or more sets. I bought 2 sets of Demon's Carapice at 18 mil and sold one for $150 USD.
