http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4zRRpR8T_gM&feature=youtu.be Now for it to completely work, they actually have to open it there selves. (Meaning you.) People are ruthless. Haha. |

Is Martini your left fist or right fist? Maybe one of your feets? |

Double fisting, of course. Do not forget the great Khanism: "If no fit, put spit." |

There was a hack where someone could join your party, activate it, all your gear drops to the floor and they pick it up quick. ^this, I guess. Not really a hack, just manipulating someone into installing a script on to their own computer that allows the abuser to control their game remotely. To be honest, I'm still not sure how this would work since it was supposed to be a giveaway and I'm pretty sure players on this forum aren't interested in scripts/bots which would make them vulnerable to this sort of thing. It's sad, but true. People are only as good as this world allows them to be. |

I love Stoli, that sounds awesome. "If no fit, put spit." Timeless advice, it has helped me out much in life. |

hmmm running... pretty dumb "hack" but i guess ppl will fall for anything i remember in d2, ppl were asking others to trade on the floor instead of trade window cuz there were hacks.... then they would use telekinesis to pick it up, or pick it up some other sneaky way... i was on the wrong side of this once... it wasn't a great item, but still doesn't feel good :/ |

I remember one trick I didn't fall for back in D2 was because of trading torches or something. We were in Act 2 Lut Gholein and in the building on the top of the screen you could go in, the guy told me to go in and he would be on the other side of the wall outside of it. I was like okay, and once I went in there the situation felt fishy to me so I just left the game and entered my own to check it out. Didn't want to risk anything. Turns out if I were to drop my item in there, the guy outside of the building would have been able to pick it up. So I was like ha! No scamming for you! haha.

@phamalot One of my favorite movies! I'd just use my dog, Ares. Here are some pics of him doing some protection training.

@khan
That is awesome. I had a GS who unfortunately died at the age of 7. He was Schutzhund trained from 6 months. I miss him and the german commands. Aus!, Bleib!, Fuss!, Platz!, and my favorite Fass!. |

@yoyo Yeah, GSD's are likely the best defense dog (admittedly I have some cognitive dissonance on this as I own one). I initially went with Schutzhund training but I found the politics of the sport irritating and required me to be nice to people I'd rather murder if the crime were a misdemeanor. So I went with PSA instead hoping for performance over politics. At least PSA does real world training (cars, homes, etc). If I breed him, you guys get dibs on pups. His line is 15 generations back to the 1st GSD. Only German blood.

I might just have to take you up on that offer. I have been wanting a GS for most of my life but was never in a position to own one. I used to deliver newspapers to a couple that owned a white female. She was an awesome dog. I have been in love with the breed ever since... |

@euggie The dog is definitely the least of a looter's problems in my home. He's essentially trained to alert, bite, and hold. This gives the occupants enough time to arm themselves for the assault that will follow.
