Sold 2 Grand Visier for 4m each. I just listed them as the cheapest in AH.
I remember these were just around 400k previously, whoever did that, has been successful in setting a new floor. |

Those frigging 4 millions do not require skills, they are just out of the many brims which I looted. As you are getting more efficient at so called farming, you will see more loots per hour and out of the many loots, most are salvage materials, some sell for a couple, and a few have chance to hit 100m+. Personally I have not hit billion million items. I don't play SC or SC RMAH. I do not mix real life money with game, whether to buy or to sell. Regarding AH, I do have some sense on some of the prices and strategies. |

I did a price check at JSP post selling just in case I undersell. I got the reply that 10m is fair. I should probably try listing for 20m first and slowly reducing the price, but I am happy with 10m. I think there are lots more players at Hardcore resort to crafting and rarely check AH for upgrades, and if they check, most likely they are checking for CC as a start. |

So, this Tuesday maintenance thing has been quite irregular in frequency.
I only knew about the last maintenance like a few hours before, when I took the effort to look up in the official forum. I don't have the log on screen notice thingy....maybe it is a set up. Anyway, sniped quite a lot of legs. The way to do it is, don't wait for the last minute. Just place all your maximum bets on all the items.  |

This is a same day flip of Xephirian Amulet.
I recently won a bid on my existing equipped Xephirian Amulet which has a starting bid of 10m and I won it at 60m. The competition was fierce right from the start hence I know there is someone out there looking for this type of amulet. When I was browsing AH I found an equivalently good Amulet (still less SR and less EHP than mine) listed for 8m. Bought it, relisted it for 50m, sold after a few hours.  |

After many listing I sold my WKL for a net of 130 million. Believe I listed starting bid at 150. I bought it via buyout of 100 mil.
Finally back over 200 mil in the bank and hoping to raise it higher as I refuse to buy anything priced godly or über on my barb which is at Plvl 32 up from a starting Plvl 12 or so. |

Grats! I just made 13.5m quick money while waiting for a party member to bid on his auction which was expiring in 4 minutes. While waiting, I was searching for spirit regen items. Sort it by time, and I found this 1D12hr Inna Helm, 2.20 SR, 19x Vital, 6.0CC listed for 1.5m. 1.5m? It surely seems dirt cheap to me, although I haven't checked Inna Helm for a long time. Bought it, sent it to stash, and I linked it in party chat that I bought this for 1.5m. Got a whisper from a WD in the party saying he will pay 10x my price just to get it for his monk. Well, thanks for trade lol. |

I finally looted it.
A stormshield with CC. A party member said it is worth 1 billion. I did a search in the AH, I don't think it is worth 1 billion at current days. So, I listed it for 200m and I am glad that it was sold for that amount.  |

Looted this in weekday. Checked it, best I could get is 50m gross.
Rechecked during weekend, somehow similar IK pieces have gone up in prices up to 100m buyout. Happily listed mine as 70m gross. Moaaar.  |
