My prediction is that Hardcore prices is going to drop sharply after 1.08, for those good to decent items. I have taken action on this by getting rid of all my crafting mats NOW and pricing loots at 1D12hr prices (except LS+socket EF sold at 50m bid which I think is bad value for the buyer). Some represents really good value e.g. the 190 Dex FR+AR 6CC Inna Helm that I wish to keep for myself but I see not suited for my current playstyle (heavy spirit based).
I attach the following images for reference, for now, and for the future if what I believe is true. You could find a Compass Rose which is perfect for MF leech sold for 10m. I didn't put good use of it myself!         |

Sold a few more Inna Helms, including the 381 stats with Lightning.
Was a bit disappointed that the >2 spirit regen only sold at bid.    |

I can't really appreciate Firewalkers, especially if they are not Dex.
Search for similar with high str high vital (mine has higher vital) and I found one on AH with 1m active bid. I just undercut it with 1m buyout.  |

Looted this +Armor Zuni Helm.
+Armor is great for WD, giving it a premium above the others. I knew I have been thinking day and night how to add armor to my WD (now dead). Low rolls on Intel is bummer. Before Patch 1.08 this could fetch 5m - 10m. Yesterday I checked the AH, saw a worse one listed for 1.25m and many other better ones at a couple of millions. I decided to put a 1D12hr price tag and sell it for 1m.  |

Follower's items are one of the rare which I picked up, and I have sold many of them.
There should be less demand on follower's items since more people are now choosing co-op over solo play in 1.08. Anyway sold a scoundrel item for 3m, the highest scoundrel item I have priced before. High Dex, vit, AR + LoH. Niiice. Also sold a LRR 48 bracers for 1m. I could have asked for 3m, but I wasn't picky. High AR, reduced from range, CC but low primaries. Hope someone found it useful!   |

Saw this str + vit + AR shoulders in the AH for 5,000 gold when I was comparing similar to sell my rare shoulder. I was like did I search from level1 or something since 5k gold appears cheap. Anyway, click buyout and list my (worst) rare shoulder for 100k. I can prolly understand if the seller really want to sell it at 5k since 100k prolly won't means much to him. TBH it would be quite annoying for me too it occupies my precious AH limits of 10. Plan is to attempt quick sell at 100k then 50k.
Not a fan of Occulus, but looted this, did a search in AH for intel, ignore the +32 dmg since it is too low imo, and price it the CHEAPEST in AH, and it was sold in 6 minutes........... Also sold a pants with NO holes (mine usually got 3 holes........to slot in and slot my 2 legs out) for 388k. It might fetch 500k+ but I have no patience to wait.    |

1. MF + GF bracers for 1m. I think there is a market for MF + GF gears. Bots? New players who just want to get the most % from GF & MF?
2. A rare ring for 1m. Decent avg dmg, AS. Prolly worth more with Dex + Poison, & Vit + Armor. I am satisfied with 1m.   |

Sold some Reduced Levels, belts and legs.
Legs includes the 2 socket int manticore for 20m (oh well had a hard time pricing it since it rolls intel instead of dex, but with high base damage so somehow it compensates for it), and my used BT pants at 30m (definitely a profit since I remember paying less than 20m for it, although I didn't bother to unsocket the purple gem). LRR are priced cheaply (relatively) despite nothing much comparable in AH. Originally keeping them just in case I need to level/ re-level some toons but with co-op feature I don't have to worry too much about looking (too) good myself. Belts, I always pick them up. With the AB Shoulders/ Bracers/ Gloves with players rarely search for upgradesin AH, the other slots will get more attention! Listing for best values as always for quick sales.        |

Doesn't matter anymore, sold it with bid for 24mil, pretty disappointed :( I also found an EF with 1.1k DPS, LS and 100 Dex and 150 Str, unsure how much I should sell it for, it's up on the AH for 30mil, but nobody wants it |
