The HC economy started to collapse at an alarming rate, as more and more legs are flooding the AH. Could be some increased bot activities as well given now it is safer and easier to bot in 1.08.
SC: HC exchange rate is lower at 2.5 : 1.0 now. Someone has been very NAUGHTY as well. The last time I sold my 3 Grand Visier the lowest price was 400k. Now I check the lowest is 1.5m fixed with lots of them at the AH with same time to expiry. Someone is cornering this market huh. |

Not sure about the extent of botting, as I have not seen one in action. Even without bots the economy is certainly crashing too, 1.08 makes it much easier to obtain high P levels without dying. Personally my monk would have died twice to frozen screen, if I were not in co-op. |

Nothing much to update on GAH........I am still selling lots of rares and legs between 100k to 1m per day. There was a 4.5CC Intel Lacuni sold for 5m. I hope to see some sales over 10m worthy of mentioning in this post.

I am testing this effect of "Opponents and Quasi-Endowment" on online auctions.
Put two items in the AH for this purpose. The first one is this glove with starting bid of 13,000 and buyout of 10m. It was bought out after a few biddings. Definitely beat my expectation.  |

The 2nd one is the Str Vit trifecta ring. Listed with starting 1m. Attracted quite some bids up to 3m+, then it stays at 10m and finally sold at 15m. Maybe this is what it is worth.

Sold a 325 Vital Schaeffer's Hammer for 3m.
I am still retaining another Schaeffer's Hammer which has rolled the max 50% protection and 25% Lightning Damage. |

Nope:) It is event related. Some player hold a contest in crafting BOA bracers. This would require lots of exquisite essences and for those who wants to participate but need more they gotta get it from the AH. I was attending a yoga lesson and I missed the golden opportunity to buy them at cheap. I could have flipped them for more than double the price. I was an hour late and decide not to join the craze but just watch the market go crazy for a moment. Btw I am talking about hardcore. |

Sold a couple of Nat's Helm.
- 6CC Nat Helm for 50m (there are much cheaper Nat Helm with 5.5 CC) - High Dex High Vital, but no AR or CC for 8m (?? value sells especially the one without AR and CC ?? I do not know the answer. )   |

Sold another 6CC Nat Helm for 60m.
Story with Nat Helm - Bought this lightning Nat Helm for 28m, and thought maybe I could use that together with Nat Ring (as opposed to the usual Nat Boot + Ring combo for monk), so that I could retain my DPS Zuni Boots. Then I became more worried abour the fear on Nat, and the lost of 2+ spirit regen from not using Inna Helm. Plus, I could always boost my DPS by replacing my EHP Bt Pants with Inna Pants (hence get the 2 piece 130 dex from Inna Helm and Pants). I was surprised to see that what used to be a full page of 6CC Nat Helm becomes only 2 6CC Nat helms (with price tag of over 100m) at the time of checking for relisting. Hence listed mine for 60m and it was sold. No regrets over this. Profits realised.  |

Yeah @yoyo is a sensitive flower sometimes. Dont consider this flipping because I bought it to use. when I upgraded the price had changed, so I listed accordingly. Flipping is buying to sell only in my book. flipping is how the world works. Very few big buisnesses make and sell something. More often the not soneone makes something the sells in bulk to a retail for flipping. |

Lolz when I saw you mention sensitive flower.
You got a good point regarding the real world flipping. It makes me think too that a financial bubble is built on flipping as well, if you know those so called financial derivatives, with the returns tied to not real productivity but on the value of certain goods (eg price of tomatoes or price of a virtual 6cc Nat Helm) |
