I'm starting to go mid tier now with VIT and MF to see if it yields better results. The buy outs are still under 3 mill if you can find them.

I'm trying a $2.50 flip with a life% ring I got for 2m now. I'm wondering if you could also do it with GF and MF rings.

Leorics might work too.

I just picked up a Nat's with 144 Dex and a socket for 3.5m. Looks to be worth about 8m, but I tossed it on the RMAH for $6, $2 less than the lowest comparable one.

@zerokewl They probably would, but someone with more gold than me would have to check that market out, lol.

Update: Paid off. 15 minutes and I'm now $5.00 richer. ^^

I bought 2 last night - 1.9M and 2.1M.

Put em both up at the RMAH - one for $2.68, the other for $2.39.

neither sold.

Re-listed this am at $1.99 lets see if they go.

ps - neither had sockets - maybe thats the diff.

Just picked up a 148 dex zuni for 750k buyout this am - they start around 6M - gonna re-list at 4M and hope for a quick sale. Got a bunch of crap rings I paid 900k+ for or there-abouts when the price was up that I need to re-sell - maybe 10 of em. I'll probably start dumping them on the rmah for $1.30 later today as I'm maxed on spaces on both RMAH and GAH. I'm going to be up and over $30 after a few of the bigger sales hit and I'm beginning to wonder if I need to get another account so I can have more auction spaces.

Huge +1 here - the excitement builds when you're making "real money" .... yeah, yeah, bliz takes their 15% and so does pay-pal, but I will eventually cash out some real money doing this - granted, its only pennies, but still amazing to consider you can make real money playing a fricken video game.

I wonder how long designers say a similar thing. After all they are getting paid to make a game I assume they like.

@baccarat0809 Totally agree. Some of my colleagues are Blizzard shareholders and I just laugh at them because I've made more real money than they have since game release versus them holding long positions on the stock for its dividend.

Update - both nats ring sold for 1.99 /// my piece is 99 cents or doubling my money. This may work if were selective with what we flip.

From what I've seen so far, I think the 2 mil range and then flipping for $1.70 to $4 can generate steady income.

Edit: Taking a bet on a productive weekend...

So far, on the Nat's rings alone, since yesterday, I've sold:

3 for $2.50
2 for $3.50
1 for $6.00

That's a gain of $11.50 after fees. Bought all of them for 1.5-3.5m each.

Also, I splurged and bought a 174 dex Nat's for 15m. I have it up for 25m right now (lowest comparable is 28m atm.

I'm debating on a second account as well. I have too many good deals I've bought and not enough auction spaces for all of them! That and I've made $21.99 after fees + however many millions of gold in just the last 2 days alone. So, I think it would pay itself off, lol.

Sorry to butt into this post but its very interesting reading the flips you guys are doing. I've always been interested in doing flipping but could never truly figure out whats best etc. Maybe one day someone could teach me on mumble or something? Seeing how new gear for me is like 200mil each and Im only sitting at 100mil.

Only comparable one I can find is 183 str at 160m, and there's nothing with more than 130 str on the RMAH, and even those are about $7.00 minimum. I'm trying for 150m. :D

I kind of doubt it'll sell for that much. I don't think Barbarians ever go for Nat's rings and I don't know why any Demon Hunter would search for really high strength, let alone pay that much for one like that.

I mean if it does sell, that's great, but I don't think it will.

It may be true that Nat's is a DH set, but I know Wiz go for the Crit % bonus, and I don't see why a Barb woudn't as well. Ring + some STR boots. :P
