Luckily I linked this to an online player, who I sold my BT physical pants to, and she said it should worth 10m although the DPS is on the low side. Listed it for 18-28 no bites. Relisted for 8-18, and it was sold.

What type of intel class/ build would love a Butcher's Sickle?

That has all the stats you need. Life steal, crit and a socket. Great for a cheap archon wiz, or a wd.

I'd say the pull is good for a cm wiz too, but Atk spd too low.

Int isn't worthless for any class and I wouldn't be surprised to see this as a WW or monk OH. It kind of counters the fear of EF.

Sold my 2nd looted trifecta for just a little bit over 8m. Grats to whoever won the bid, maybe a FR monk, hope he finds it useful!

Anyway traded my 10m for it and I got this.

Assessment:
- Good Dex, 6CC, decent vital
- lowish cold resist
- >2 spirit regen

I think I have no problem in recouping my 10m investment. The only unknown is the >2 spirit regen, how much do HC monks value this?

When I checked the AH, another cold Radiance with high similar SR is priced at 50 - 80 with 4 hours left and no active bid. It has lower Dex/ CC but with higher cold resist. I was thinking, huh, still appear pricy right, no one bought it. I didn't list mine.

When I re-checked the AH a couple of hours later, I couldn't see this other Radiance anymore. So I was thinking, argh darn I should have listed mine and undercut him. Now the only cold resist monk in HC has bought the other one! This is unless the seller withdrew his listing.

Anyway, I remember what @zerokewl was telling me that he bought his Radiance for 50m and that was with lower stat than my first sold FR spirit regen at 66m. So, maybe mine is comparable to what zerokewl bought. At the end I listed mine for 49m, and being the only cold radiance with high spirit regen in the AH at that time. I set my bid = buyout. It is important not to set a lowish bid here, due to not many cold resist monk checking AH during weekdays hence you might just get one bite and that's it. There is also no competition, hence I should set whatever price which I think is fair but should be on the high side of the "reasonable/ unreasonable" range lol.

It was sold.

What a beautiful steal on UNID Radiance for 10m.

Traded some Enchantress Focus:

Sold this Devotion End for 1.4m, and won a bid on this Scorched Keepsake for just over 1m during the maintenance. With Scorched Keepsake, my enchantress babe can now do 10.2k DPS, she is also extremely helpful in keeping me safe with her skills (I love it when the threathening elites are turned into some little chicken!
), and the summoned creatures from Maximus. She deserves a better necklace!



BTW I stop selling tomes and essences and tears. With the upcoming changes, probably rares will be harder to loot and their vendor value might be increased by Blizz. So my strategy is just keep salvaging and stash them.

Picked up this huga 307 intel, which would boost my Enchantress's DPS by another 5% or so. However, let those DPS focus players had it for cheap. It doesn't add more than 1% DPS overall looking at my WD + Enchantress combined. I am concerned more about survival in case of DC, so I will hang on to my old one with vital and resist. Listed it for a "Buy Me Now" price of 2.2m and it was sold.

(EDIT: SH%T I forgot that it has a high strength as well............will it add to Enchantress's armor??!)

Sold this Nat's Cloak for a quick 5m. Got excited at first seeing that it has % life, then only I found out that every modern Nat's Cloak has this % life lol.

Sold this IK belt for 100m. Originally listed for 150m with no bites.

Last and also maybe the least, sold this beginner's frog for 1m. Hm, Int vital + corpse spider's damage...

I made far more gold in HC in one day (29th April 2013 at the exchange rate of 1:3~4), than the whole of my 700 hours in SC. Farming HC FTW.

Sold this old inna helm for 39m.

Lowish dex 133, decent vital 61, max 6.0 CC.
OKish SR at 1.92 + some life regen 255.

Probably a monk who is not too concern about maxing dex for DPS or resist for EHP, want this for its OKish Spirit Regen at my "reasonable" price of 39m, and I don't know what he wants the Life Regen for (DC save/ same base life regen in battles).

Finally running out of patience (<-- bad), relisted IK boots for low bid low buyout "buy me now" price.

Sold for 169m.

Sold (flipped) this Relic for 5m. I hate to see cheap items while trying to list mine.

Got this BT chest sold for 100m.

Enchantress Focus - sold a lot of these. I always pick up follower's item. They sell in Hardcore.

Rings - they buyers probably paid too much for 1m. Beginners' items.

Sold my 2nd 1H from Inferno for 20m. I was saving it to see if Bliz would let us put a socket in it, but I guess that's not happening in the near future.

All the listed AH items will naturally expire.

I pity the seller who put up his 500m Zuni Chest with opening bid of vendor value, just before server down for 1.08. I bidded on it but was soon outbidded. I should have bidded something like 100m!

HC:SC gold trade halted, as players are uncertain towards the value of SC golds now following the gold dupe thing.

Good thing is that HC economy should not be much affected. It is occasssionally disrupted by SC players convert SC golds into HC golds and go on a shopping spree on the AH (well I see this as a good thing to sellers/ HC farmers!), but the total HC golds remain unchanged except that some HC golds change hands.

THat is a really good helm. For any monk that would go for Tempest Rush (any probably ones that don't) 2 spirit regen is awesome for them.

Sold for 49m if I remember correctly.

So, I said I bought 12 x UNID Inna Radiance from this "distributer" @ 6m each. Originally I was quite skeptical about this huge volume from a same player which makes me wonder if I fell into a trap of buying "pre-ID in PTR" thing (didn't bother to check if it is still possible).

Anyway, took the risk and paid 72m for all 12x. Overall, a great move.

Close to half are brim quality but I still sell them cheap in AH like 300k+.

Some are exceptional (Cold resist + 2 SR), (190 Dex with 50 FR 50 AR 6CC), near perfect roll (190 dex 190 vit 50+ lightning 6 cc)

Some are more than breakeven, selling them at BUY ME NOW prices at AH:

I am currently still keeping the (2nd) cold resist + SR helm, for possible switch to cold. Best AB crafts are with cold or fire currently. I have been keeping spare. In the long term though I hope to move away from needing OWE.
