Arreat's Law

The spear known as Arreat's Law is a Doragon-length weapon that has been around since before the fall of Mount Arreat. It requires level 29 to use, but its bonus attack speed makes up for this deficiency with ease! Prior patch 2 1, this antique blade granted players an extra chance at landing critical hits. It is a fantastic feature unless you're fighting against someone else who also wields one (or more) of these deadly weapons. This spear can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. The Smart Drop system ensures that this weapon will usually roll with the appropriate mainstat for your class. Whenever you get within range (about 40 yards) from any enemy you'll receive 0.75-1 extra Fury per yard between yourself and them at hit moment alone.
