The ancient Parthan Defenders are a set of legendary bracers in Diablo III. They require character level 31 to drop, and these braces were first worn by members of the long-forgotten guard back when they still had power that protected their city for centuries ago! This legendary bracers that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. The affix effect is a stacking multiplier that increases the damage reduction of whatever you're standing on. 10 or more mobs will not result in 100% savings, but around 65%. Each stunned enemy within 25 yards reduces your damage taken by 9-12%.
Item Details
For every enemy near you that is stunned you will take 9-12% less damage.
- The damage reduction is multiplicative not additive; stunning 10 or more mobs will not result in 100% damage reduction but will instead result in approximately 65% damage reduction.
- The stunned enemies must be within approximately 10 - 20 yards.
- The reduced damage taken effect lasts as long as there are stunned units nearby.
- This effect works for anyone wearing the bracers regardless of who stuns the units.
- There is no internal cooldown.
Guaranteed Stats
The minimum level this item can drop at is 31. Below you will find the range of stats found on the level 31 version, however the item can drop at any level above 31. The legendary effect does not change with level.

As of Patch 2.1.0 (August 26, 2014) the following changes were made to this item:
- No longer rolls with guaranteed All Resistance and Vitality. Replaced with two extra random properties.
