Item Details
You become immune to all forms of Arcane Damage such as Arcane Enchanted enchanted elite monsters and you will actually be healed while being hit by Arcane beams. Because Arcane beams rotate, it is easier to stand on the source of the Arcane beam because that point does not move. Other Arcane Enemies Include:
- The orbs fired by Skeletal Summoners
- Adria's purple projectile that she throws at your feet which then becomes a small damage pool.
Guaranteed Stats
The minimum level this item can drop at is 31. Below you will find the range of stats found on the level 29 version, however the item can drop at any level above 31. The legendary effect does not change with level.
