Item Details
- Any chest will trigger the effect. However certain none chest items will also trigger the effect:
- Corpses
- Weapon and Armor racks
- Loose stones/dirt on the ground
- Buff can be refreshed by looting another object before it ends.
- The effect gives you a visible buff icon.
- Increases your base DPS and works additively with other percent damage increases. For example if you use a skill such as Breath of Heaven Heaven with the Blazing Wrath rune that increases your damage by 10% your damage will be increased by 110% if both buffs are active.

The minimum level this item can drop at is 31. Below you will find the range of stats found on the level 31 version, however the item can drop at any level above 31. The legendary effect does not change with level.
