Resource Regeneration Details
- I used the Unforgiving passive to make my Fury regeneration 2 fury per second.
- The decrease in resource regen seems to be 44% instead of only 25%. (2 fury/sec down to 1.12 fury/sec)
- The increase in resource regen seems to be 56% instead of only 25%. (2 fury/sec up to 3.12 fury/sec)
Damage Details
- While wearing the pants, it is difficult to tell what your non-buffed or debuffed DPS is.
- While testing my stationary DPS was 90,467 & my moving DPS was 150,778.
- Assuming the buff & debuff are the same %, my DPS would be 120,622
- 120,622 x 1.25 = 150,778 & 120,622 x .75 = 90,467, so the damage buff & debuff does appear to be 25%.
Fun Fact
- You receive the resource regeneration & damage buff while you are flying through the air due to a knockback attack!

The minimum level this item can drop at is 31. Below you will find the range of stats found on the level 31 version, however the item can drop at any level above 31. The legendary effect does not change with level.

Flavour Text
These pants were part of an elaborate outfit worn by the infamous (and surprisingly stylish) enchanter Mr. Yan while adventuring in Westmarch. Lacking patience, and impulse control, Mr. Yan was always rushing headlong into danger-not a recipe for survival for a spell caster. Being a clever man, though, Mr. Yan designed this garment to turn his weakness into a strength.
