This amulet gives you a large amount of gold find and it heals you when you pickup gold.
Guaranteed Stats
The minimum level this item can drop at is 50. Below you will find the range of stats found on the level 50 version, however the item can drop at any level above 50. The legendary effect does not change with level.

Patch History
As of Patch 2.1.0 (August 26, 2014) the following changes were made to this amulet:
- Legendary Power added. Picking up gold heals you for an amount equal to the gold that was picked up.
The Life on Hit was removed in favor of the power that heals you when you pickup gold.
Flavour Text
The great merchant Abd al-Kymbo commissioned this amulet, believing that health and wealth should be synonymous. Alas, he did not realize how much time he would spend on his knees picking up single coins, and soon abandoned the practice.
