Item Details
Quetzalcoatl is a voodoo mask for the Witch Doctor in Diablo III. It requires character level 29 to drop, and it's mostly known for its ability to haste Haunt by half; however Locust Swarm also gets buffed with this legendary item! The total damage does not change but tick periods and duration are reduced from 2 seconds down into 1 minute - which means you'll be able perform two casts of each ability before having do wait 30+ second intervals between waves. .

The minimum level this item can drop at is 29. Below you will find the range of stats found on the level 29 version, however the item can drop at any level above 29. The legendary effect does not change with level.
