• Charge - Charges a target, dealing 280% weapon damage and stunning all enemies within 8 yards for 3 seconds.
• Inspire - Increases your resource generation.
• Mana: 7 per second.
• Hatred: 1 per second.
• Wrath: 1.8 per second.
• Arcane Power: 1.4 per second.
• Fury: 10% generated.
• Spirit: 10% generated.
• Intervene - Taunt enemies within 10 yards of you for 3 seconds when you are hit.
• Intimidate - Enemies that hit or are hit by the Templar are slowed by 80% for 3 seconds.
• Onslaught - Delivers a massive blow to an enemy for 800% weapon damage.
• Guardian - Rush to your aid, knocking back enemies within 15 yards and healing you for 140295 Life.

Guaranteed Stats

The minimum level this item can drop at is 61. Below you will find the range of stats found on the level 61 version, however the item can drop at any level above 61. The legendary effect does not change with level.
