Scoundrel Skills

• Crippling Shot - Ranged attack that deals 140% weapon damage and slows enemies hit by 80% for 4 seconds.
• Dirty Fighting - Blinds nearby enemies in front of the Scoundrel for 2 seconds.
• Powered Shot - Ranged attack that explodes on impact, dealing 310% weapon damage as Arcane to targets within 10 yards and has a 100% chance to Stun targets for 2 seconds.
• Hysteria - Whenever you or the Scoundrel land a Critical Hit, you both will go into hysterics, increasing all damage done by 3% for 3 seconds.
• Poison Bolts - Ranged attack that deals 320% weapon damage and an additional 100% weapon damage as Poison over 3 seconds.
• Vanish - The Scoundrel vanishes in a cloud of smoke when injured, reappearing after 4 seconds. While vanished, he will heal himself for 206316 Life.
• Multishot
• Active: The Scoundrel will shoot 3 bolts, each dealing 110% weapon damage.
• Passive: The Scoundrel's special attacks have a 50% chance to fire 3 bolts.
• Anatomy - Increases Critical Hit Chance by 1.8% for you and the Scoundrel.

Guaranteed Stats

The minimum level this item can drop at is 61. Below you will find the range of stats found on the level 61 version, however the item can drop at any level above 61. The legendary effect does not change with level.
