Item Details

Decoy Behavior

• The decoy will attempt to spawn next to an enemy at your cast location.
• If it doesn't find any enemies near your cast location, it will attempt to spawn next to an enemy near you.
• If it doesn't find any enemies near you, it will spawn in a random location near you

(2) Set:

• Casting Cyclone Strike, Exploding Palm, Lashing Tail Kick, Tempest Rush, or Wave of Light causes a decoy to spawn that taunts nearby enemies and then explodes for 1000% weapon damage.
• Decoy explosion now deals the damage type of your highest +% Elemental Damage

(4) Set:

• When your decoys explode, you gain a buff that increases the damage of Cyclone Strike, Exploding Palm, Lashing Tail Kick, Tempest Rush, and Wave of Light by 500% for 3 seconds.

Patch History

As of Patch 2.1.0 (August 26, 2014) the following changes were made to this set:

• (4) Set: Weapon damage increased from 1600% to 3500%.
  • The decoy will now attempt to spawn next to an enemy at your cast location.
  • If it doesn't find any enemies near your cast location, it will attempt to spawn next to an enemy near you.
  • If it doesn't find any enemies near you, it will spawn in a random location near you.

They also removed the choice of 33 skill buffs and replaced it with an empty socket.

Flavour Text

Trained by the famed monks of Ivgorod, the great Sunwuko was without equal in the art of staff fighting. After returning to his homeland of Xiansai, his frenzied fighting style earned him the title "Monkey King." This name was originally intended as a joke, but it soon became one to be feared.
