Part of the Unhallowed Essence set. The accursed visage is a piece from the Unhallowed essence set in Diablo III. It can only drop at level 70 and it's only found on torment difficulty mode, which means you have to be Demon Hunter class character for this item really matter! This helm doesn't just look scary though- its stats make well worth getting if your planning ahead about how much currency will go into each gaming session where they'll wear these awesome pieces during game play.
